Freelance Sales Representative / Appointment Setter
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Toronto)
Compensation: $700–$1,200/month (based on experience) + performance-based 10% commission on closed deals
We’re hiring a freelance sales representative to support outbound client acquisition for a premium content studio serving fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
This is a performance-driven role focused on targeted outreach and building a qualified pipeline—not mass messaging.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage qualified prospects across multiple channels (phone, in-person, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email)
Initiate conversations and generate interest
Qualify leads based on fit, intent, and budget
Book high-quality calls with the CEO or close independently (if experienced)
Track outreach and pipeline activity consistently
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or agency/service-based offers
Strong written communication (clear, natural, non-generic tone)
Comfortable engaging decision-makers directly
Self-managed, consistent, and results-oriented
